Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, connecting a Google account, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Rankify connects to your Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console accounts to retrieve read-only analytics data, present it in dashboards, and generate white-label PDF reports. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the Service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

4. Google account connection

To use core features, you authorize Rankify to access your Google data using read-only OAuth scopes (Google Analytics and Google Search Console). Your use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. You may revoke Rankify's access at any time through your Google Account permissions. Our handling of Google user data is described in our Privacy Policy and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service, or remove any proprietary notices.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you provide or generate through the Service, including report notes, keyword lists, uploaded images, and exported reports (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content and any data you connect.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content and Google data), is owned by Rankify and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Plans and payment

Certain features may be offered under paid plans. Where fees apply, they will be presented to you before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party services, including Google APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be complete or accurate, as such data originates from third-party sources.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, INR 1,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rankify from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Google account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms will cease, and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that the courts located in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
