Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rankify (“Rankify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our GA4, SEO, and e-commerce analytics and white-label PDF reporting platform available at rankify.justiget.com (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who we are
Rankify is an analytics and reporting platform that connects to Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to help agencies and marketing teams generate dashboards and white-label client reports. This policy applies to all visitors and users of the Service.
2. Information we collect
- Google service data. With your explicit consent, we access read-only data from your connected Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console properties. See Section 3 for full details.
- Content you provide. Information you enter into the Service — such as report notes, keyword lists, website-health entries, backlink data, and images you upload for use in reports.
- Technical & usage data. Basic session and log information needed to operate the Service, including session identifiers stored to keep you signed in.
3. Google user data and API access
Rankify uses Google OAuth to request access to your Google data. We request only the minimum, read-only scopes required to power the Service. We never request write, edit, or delete access to your Google accounts.

We do not request access to your Google profile, name, email address, or contact information. The OAuth tokens issued after you authorize the read-only scopes above are used solely to retrieve your GA4 and Search Console data and are kept in your server-side session.
Limited Use disclosure
Rankify's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the Service's analytics and reporting features; we do not sell Google user data; we do not use it for advertising; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the Service, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition; and we do not allow humans to read it unless we have your consent for specific items, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), or to comply with applicable law.
4. How we use your information
- To authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session.
- To retrieve, display, and visualize your GA4 and Search Console data in dashboards.
- To generate, assemble, and export white-label PDF reports you request.
- To save the content you create (notes, keywords, health and backlink data, uploaded images) so your reports persist between sessions.
- To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
5. Data storage and retention
Your authentication tokens are stored in a server-side session for the duration of your use of the Service and are removed when you sign out or your session expires. Content you create and analytics snapshots used to build reports are retained for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.
You can revoke Rankify's access to your Google data at any time, and you may request deletion of the data we hold about you (see Sections 7 and 8).
6. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. With trusted infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf to operate the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements. When required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, consistent with this policy.
- With your direction. Reports you generate and choose to export or share are distributed by you, at your discretion.
7. Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in and to operate core features of the Service. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
8. Your rights and choices
- Revoke Google access. You can disconnect Rankify at any time from your Google Account permissions page. Revoking access stops further data retrieval.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us.
- Withdraw consent. You can sign out and stop using the Service at any time.
9. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information, including read-only access scopes, server-side session storage, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
